Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kishi Elite. We value your business and strive to provide high-quality products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
A valid Proof of Purchase (Invoice or Order ID) is required to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Personal care products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.).
Innerwear or intimate apparel.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events.
Customized or personalized orders.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), Kishi Elite will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size preference, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us expedite your claim.
